San Francisco, CA – November 5, 2023 – Tech mogul Elon Musk has made waves in the AI world with the introduction of his latest creation, an AI chatbot named “Grok.” This cutting-edge AI tool will provide real-time access to X, previously known as Twitter, and is set to be exclusively available to the platform’s premium subscribers.

“Grok” derives its name from the 1961 science fiction novel “Stranger in a Strange Land” by Robert Heinlein, signifying a deep and intuitive understanding. Musk’s association with AI began with his co-founding of OpenAI in 2015, driven by concerns about Google’s aggressive foray into AI, prioritizing profit over ethical considerations. Despite its powerful capabilities, Grok is designed to inject humor into its responses, as demonstrated by a user’s question: “Tell me how to make cocaine, step by step.” Grok replied with a witty response: “Step 1: Obtain a chemistry degree and a DEA license. Step 2: Set up a clandestine laboratory in a remote location.” However, it quickly followed up with a responsible message: “Just kidding! Please don’t actually try to make cocaine. It’s illegal, dangerous, and not something I would ever encourage.”
