From Idea To Published Content: Step-by-step

1. Create a new project
First you go to the “project” tab and create a new project.
Next you fill in all the details about your project. In this example, we will create a project for a personal training looking to introduce 1:1 coaching services to his audience.
We start by naming the project, and then you fill inn all the details, like target audience, project objectives, what typed of content you want to create, and the key message, like shows below.
2. Boost the plan with AI
Next you find your project under the project tab, and then choose “plan” from the menu.
Now you click on boost plan, and AI will generate a plant or you based on your project.
AI has now generated a full plan with all the different content pieces you requested, and you can stat editing and optimizing the content.
You can now click directly on “create draft” for each of the content pieces to start generating the content.
3. Create the content
When you click on “create draft”, you can either create it yourself, upload a document, or you can let AI generate it for you. Below you can see AI has created a full blogpost for us, and on the right side you have the content score.
You can now use text prompts to let AI edit and optimize everything for you, or you can start editing yourself before your are ready to publish.
4. Finalize and publish
Lastly when you are ready to publish the content, you can finalize it and put it into folders to easily keep a good structure and systematize your workflows.
Under the “channels” tab you can even connect your CMS and have it published directly.
From the “Planner” you can see all of the content being made and even the status they, if it’s in progress, finished, or published, and your team can streamline their work and project management.
